Quotes & work orders
Quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing. A work order is created once scope, site details, timelines, and pricing are accepted. Any changes to scope may affect cost and schedule.
Pricing, taxes & payment
Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may exclude taxes, shipping, or site-specific charges unless stated. Payment terms (advance, milestones, or on delivery) will be specified on the invoice or work order.
Shipping, delivery & risk
For product orders, delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the address provided (or handover to carrier where applicable). Please inspect items on receipt and report visible damage promptly.
Installation & site readiness
You are responsible for providing safe access, required permits/approvals, and site readiness (power, mounting surfaces, civil works if needed). Delays caused by site conditions may require rescheduling and additional charges.
AMC, inspections & scheduling
AMC visits and inspections are scheduled based on availability and site access. Missed appointments may be rescheduled. Reports and recommendations are based on observations at the time of inspection.
Compliance guidance
We provide compliance support and documentation assistance based on information you provide and applicable standards. Final compliance decisions rest with the relevant authority having jurisdiction. This is not legal advice.
Returns, cancellations & refunds
Return eligibility depends on product type and condition. Where permitted, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom, installed, refilled, or safety-sealed items may not be returnable. Service cancellations may be subject to scheduling and mobilization charges. For assistance, contact us with your order/work order details.
Warranty & limitations
Manufacturer warranties (if any) apply to products as provided by the manufacturer. Our workmanship warranty, where applicable, is limited to the scope stated in the work order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including business interruption or loss of profits.
